11th Birthday Party

Zach thought that we were going to burn the house down with the sparkler I put on his cake. He tried to blow it out but he couldn't do it. The party went well and nobody died so I would consider that a major success whenever since we had multiple 5th grade boys in a small room for a LONG time.

Celebrate Good Times - Come on

OH Yeah! This is the famous BUTT DANCE made popular by his father and following in good stride with perfect form: Max. While watching the Jets in the 2010 Playoff games, Max celebrates the score of the NY Jets. (Notice the fine stature of his backward protruding buttux while the angle of the hand and right leg are in perfect alignment. I'm so PROUD!

I'm sorry it's been a long time since I've posted to this blog. Life gets really busy and when writing websites the time spent on the computer is considered "Work". Needless to say, I put this blog on the back burner so to speak. Max has grown and lost his tooth 1 month ago. Then, while eating at Applebees, he lost his other tooth. His face at this point looks like a cavern in Carlsbad. Today is a good day. Max is sleeping over at his cousins house. www.heatheroftheEO.com and Zach is having a party here with some of his friends. We'll see if the night goes well.

An Overnighter

This night was Zach's overnihgt party that we had to celebrate his birthday. They stayed up all night in the theater room watching movies and eating a pound and a half of Sour Patch Kids. I'm amazed that we made it through.

School Pics

It's the end of the school year almost and Max and Zach got their school pics from the end of the year. It's pretty incredible how fast they grow. Max is doing great in school, learning his numbers and letters and is already reading and spelling. I can't wait to see how far he goes. Zach has really taken off with reading and loves to get tests back so he can see how he did. Zach has done an incredible job with his memory verses this year and he will be receiving an MP3 player from boys club next week for being able to recite the 24 verses from all year.
